Privacy policy
Fucina is a personal garage. Without an account, nothing leaves your device: your vehicles, history, deadlines and attachments live in a database on your phone.

If you create an account
Creating an account is optional and enables sync between devices and sharing a vehicle. In that case we store, on Supabase (our backend provider):
- your email address and the name you choose, to sign you in with Apple or Google and to show you to people you share a vehicle with;
- your vehicles, service history (notes, costs, workshop), deadlines, periodic checks;
- photos, images and PDF documents you attach.
This data is tied to your account and is used only to provide the service. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.
Diagnostics (optional)
Crash reports and anonymous usage statistics are collected through Firebase (Crashlytics and Analytics) only if you give consent in the app, under Appearance. They are not linked to your account and you can turn them off at any time.
Update notices (always on)
At launch the app asks Firebase Remote Config whether a mandatory update or an announcement (e.g. maintenance) is available. This request carries an installation identifier, the app version and the language, even without your diagnostics consent; it measures nothing and is not linked to your account.
Purchases and subscription
Fucina is used with a subscription (monthly or yearly, with a free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments are handled by Apple. To know whether your access is active we use RevenueCat, which receives a random anonymous purchase identifier, your receipts, your subscription status and your store country. This is not linked to your Fucina account or email and never includes your garage data.
What we do not collect
Location, contacts, browsing or search history, health or financial data, purchases or advertising identifiers. Fucina does not track you across other apps and websites.
Report a problem
The "Report a problem" button opens your own mail app with a pre-filled message (app version, platform, technical details). Nothing is sent unless you press send; your garage data is not included.
Your rights and deleting your data
You can export your data (CSV) at any time. If you have an account you can delete it from the app (Garage menu → Sync → Delete account): your data on the server and your sign-in are erased, and you choose whether to keep the copy on your device. You can also ask us to delete or correct your data, or object to its processing, by email. You may lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
Third parties
Supabase (account and sync), Firebase / Google (optional diagnostics), RevenueCat (subscription status), Apple and Google (sign-in). Their own privacy policies apply to their processing; data may be transferred outside the EEA under the safeguards they describe.
Children
Fucina is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
